Food/Shakes
After a hard cycling training I like to recover with some of my booster food and shakes.

Egg White Sandwich

Ingredients
2 Eggs
2 Toasted Slices of Multigrain Bread
1 Slice of Turkey
2 Pieces of Anari Cheese
Pepper/Oregano/Tabasco/Salt
½ teaspoon of butter

Instructions: Season egg whites with a pinch of pepper, oregano, salt and 4 drops of Tabasco.  Beat well for two minutes until they become frothy.  Heat a small non-stick pan on medium heat with butter and add the egg whites.  Cook for a minute.  Add on one side the turkey and on the other half the anari and let it cook for 4 minutes or until the bottom of egg whites become slightly golden brown.  Fold the egg whites and let it cook for another minute.  Serve it with multigrain toast and enjoy it with a cup of freshly squeezed orange juice.
 



Detox Boost Shake
Ingredients
 ¼ Cup of Fresh Aloe Vera
1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
½ Cup Frozen Blackberries
½ Cup Frozen Cranberries
2 Cups of freshly squeezed orange juice
   1 Banana
     1 tablespoon of Yogurt
      1 tablespoon of oat meal
Instructions:  Pour the orange juice and yogurt in the blender.  Then add the remaining ingredients and blend for 2 minutes.  Hint: Thaw the frozen ingredients or use in season berries if available

Spicy Broccoli Soup
